rvss.eel Ascendant has my favorite body of work on Synphaera, and while they consistently improve from album to album, the biggest jump might be seen here (I'm referring to Meridian without the [EX]). I didn't discover this until this extended version was released. While I very much enjoy this as a whole, I prefer to separate the [EX] tracks from the original and listen to them as two separate pieces, [EX] being much more minimal ambient (and slightly less on rotation). Favorite track: Solar Invocation.

Anu Kirk Ascendant (like many of their labelmates) create something between ambient music and soundtrack composition.

Like a cooler Tangerine Dream, if they had pursued "Love On A Real Train".

Meticulously crafted synth soundscapes propelled by sequences and subtle percussion move along or spin in place.

Great for backgrounds to your favorite activities, or listening to in detail. Favorite track: The Age of Earth and Stone.

Egg Wizard Glorious adult synthetic ambient, tapping that Carbon Based Lifeforms sensation but with vigour all of its own. I've nominated the front tune but basically the whole album is worthy. Get in for a deep space soak. Favorite track: Landfall.
